Sushi, Starbucks and Creativity

Today was a great day. Well, it started out pretty bad, but once our creative team got off site the day got much better and it truly ended up being great.

Today our creative team got away to plan out the teaching schedule for 2009. We kicked things off with some sushi, grabbed some Starbucks and began the brainstorming. It’s pretty amazing the talent at New Life and I feel very blessed to be able to glean as much wisdom as I am able to from the team.

Life is good when you have raw fish, green tea frapps and brilliant co-workers.

  1. I’m glad you had a good time. It’s weird that you say your day started out pretty bad but got much better and ended up being great. That is exactly what happened to me too. Thanks for being such a saint – you know what you did…I won’t forget that. I really didn’t mean to make that madonna reference on the way back. What the heck was I thinking?

  2. David – now that I know you’re a fan of sushi, we have a whole new world of food options open to us upon your next visit! We just moved into our new place and are looking forward to having you guys over when you have some time for a drive.
