Pouring Into Young Leaders

One of the things that I enjoy the most about my position as a pastor is the opportunity to pour into the lives of young leaders.

Today we began our summer discipleship program called SALT. This a one day a week commitment for six weeks where we take high school students to a variety of locations and talk about topics that tie into where we are at for the day.

For example…

Today we took a ferry ride and discusses Paul and his travels and specifically what we need to do to be prepared to share the gospel no matter where we go. It was a great time and I’m really looking forward to our next outing.

Below are some pictures I took of Seattle on the way back. Breathtaking.

  2. Technically, did Paul actually travel on a Washington State Ferry boat?
