Mochi

There is a little thing called mochi ice cream and it is just about my favorite food in the world. Unfortunately it’s kind of hard to come by. The only place I’ve seen it is Trader Joe’s and there isn’t one all that close to my house. However, every so often I make a trip to a Trader Joe’s just to get mochi. Well, tonight was one of those nights and I can’t even begin to tell you how much I am enjoying my little rice paste covered ice cream! Yum.
